Learn how these various channels can be used as a key marketing, communications and PR tools to further your health care organization’s goals. Furthermore, what processes do you need to employ to create a well-directed strategy that will make these social media possibilities a reality?

In this session, participants will learn about:

  • Examples of platforms: What’s hot, what’s not
  • Using the Iterative Methodology (Listening Tools, Organizational Strategy, Deciding on a Program, Repeat) to evaluate platforms
  • Why content/organizational/marketing strategy is important
  • Managing legal/HIPAA issues
