Earlier this week I had been made aware of recent developments in Arizona.
While I was told to whom the State had awarded the contract for the RFP referenced in my July 26th, 2016 post titled Periscope Letter Protesting Arizona RFP Eye Opening, I am waiting to reveal this information until I have had the opportunity to receive a response from the parties involved.
Without giving away too much, I think that it is safe to say that some will be more surprised than others with the outcome. In fact, my experts tell me that the Arizona decision could have far-reaching implications about where the market is headed for the immediate future.
What I can say is that besides Periscope – who had filed the letter protesting the RFP, other players worth mentioning include KPMG, Ariba, CGI, and Ivalua.
