Mergers, Acquisitions, and the Consolidation of disparate platforms rarely, if ever, work well for solution providers or end customers.
On August 26th, I wrote the following post regarding my take on the MDF Commerce, KKR, and SOVRA vision – https://bit.ly/3T7V1Pk
On August 27th, I wrote a follow-up post stating that I was “stepping back from covering this solution provider. As I said to a colleague last night, I don’t know—between you and me, I don’t have a good feeling about this . . .” – https://bit.ly/3XaAOth
In an open comment, SOVRA’s Chief Growth Officer asked if I would schedule a call with their Director of Advocacy to discuss the questions I raised in my original post. I accepted the invitation; this video is the uncut and unedited version of that interview.
You have the facts. I will step aside and let you decide: Will SOVRA succeed with its ambitious vision?
On a personal note: I respect the willingness to have an open and frank discussion where I can share the real facts and not some sanitized marketing babble that sounds like everyone else. That is exactly what I got in this interview, which says more about SOVRA’s potential for success than anything else.
The SOVRA Interview (sincere, highly intelligent, and, most importantly, authentic.)
