In my next post, I will discuss the importance of problem-solving on the part of procurement practitioners instead of following the “tech Hype” of media, analyst firms, and their never-ending stream of generally ineffective graphics and solution maps.
I will also share what a real before-and-after “case study” should look like, as it will be a valuable tool for increasing initiative success.
