All I can tell you is that these assessments are based on decades of verifiable facts and outcomes. The question CPOs must answer is whether they can bear the risk of getting it right or live with the consequences of being right. The high turnover of C-Suite executives with both ProcureTech providers and practitioner clients indicates that the answer to that question is coming much sooner than later.
