So, if supply chain digitalization isn’t about – or involves any of the above points, what is it about?
- Improving Customer Satisfaction and Efficiency.
I can’t argue with that because they are valid points.
But . . .
Each listed point is presented in a logical and highly consumable format, making it easy to understand the overall concept.
What would be great is a granular breakdown of the methodology and mechanics of an actual case study demonstrating the problem-solving process by which a successful digital transformation is achieved. In other words, provide means, reasons, and measurable outcomes.

We are past the conceptual selling of digitalizing the supply chain. What we need now are granual, step-by-step approaches to truly capitalize on the digital promise.
