For example, for the six consecutive years leading up to the pandemic, more than half of CPOs said they did not believe their teams possessed the needed skills to enable them to achieve their strategic objectives. Once again, this was before the pandemic.
Conversely, company investment in education and training during the same period steadily declined.
So, here is the question: What are organizations doing now to both develop and acquire talent to meet these even greater challenges and demands?
Also, what areas of skills development are a priority?
