What do you say about public sector procurement when you think no one else is around?
I don’t know about you, but I am tired of slick multimedia productions with opening music, cool imagery, and crafted and filtered dialogue in which truthful insight is lost in a sea of neutrality and bland sales pitches that fail to stimulate dissenting, thought-provoking dialogue.
And now for something completely different . . . Martin Medforth (CLICK HERE TO VIEW VIDEO)
Martin Medforth – Public Procurement Advisor, Pracademic, and Mediator. Helping suppliers and buyers optimise opportunities. Impartial and confidential coaching and dispute mediation.
One of the fun things about being an impartial advisor on Public Procurement and Dispute Resolution is that I can be inquisitive about anything that looks interesting, and I can also justify spending time simply meeting and chatting with some pretty awesome folks.
Normally I simply chalk such experiences in to my own memory bank, occasionally finding a relevance to recall something in the conversation.
But yesterday, thanks to the glories of technology, Jon W. Hansen and I created a hashtag, #accidentalpodcast, talking about procurement, mediation, communication, and ideas.
It’s not a short chat … nor is it in any way a professional effort (complete with camera malfunction), but if you have an odd 20 or so minutes, sit back, relax, and enjoy!
