When you read the following post, keep one word in mind: solipsistic!

Many factors will contribute to the AI Bubble Burst in 2025, which will be more challenging in some ways but concentrated on specific industries.

A big part of that is because most solution providers have these fatal flaws:

⚠️ They continue to use a tech-first equation-based development and implementation model.

⚠️ They continue to lead with PR and Marketing – most of whom have a “very thin” skin when it comes to asking for more significant details on what the solution provider is doing.

⚠️ They fail to choose their clients wisely.

The solution providers who will rise to the top and succeed are those who finally realize that ProcureTech is not about technology. It never was and never will be.

PS At next year’s DPW event, Matthias Gutzmann should have a “No-Tech Zone,” focusing on understanding the Agent-based development and implementation model.
