My Preliminary Assessment
I will watch the recorded version again today, but my initial take is that the Focal Point team laid the groundwork quite nicely to begin separating themselves from the pack as an AI operating system versus being a front-end functional tool like the vast majority of solution providers.
Focal Point is an agnostic AI operating system that enables practitioners to harness and realize the full potential of their legacy technology while positioning to take advantage of new front-end functional solutions.
My key takeaway: Focal Point isn’t a solution to plug a specific functional hole in the horizontal stacking model. It is an operating system that ensures the intelligent vertical integration of existing and emerging functional or gap solutions.
