Here’s the thing – and this is based on 40-plus years in the high-tech and procurement industry speaking – outside of utilizing the Metaprise model, IT initiatives will continue to struggle to succeed: https://bit.ly/4kKAiwL.
Unless IT professionals align themselves within the Agent-based Metaprise framework, we may have technological connectivity, but human inefficiency will continue to undermine these initiatives. This means that on the front lines, people will continue to use workaround solutions, such as the proliferation of unknown apps, spreadsheets, and other means, to overcome the myopic blind spots of the equation-based CIO model.
