As I looked at your map, James Meads, I noted a couple of logos that looked familiar to me – one I initially covered in 2014 – Bonfire Interactive, a Euna Solutions Brand. Back then, they were just Bonfire. By the way, the beauty of archives – remember 40 years plus in this industry, is that it takes me very little time to do the following:
1. Interviewed Bonfire Founder & CEO Corry Flatt on PI Window Radio Segment – https://bit.ly/3TuaHfH
2. In 2018, Bonfire was acquired by GTY Technology Holdings Inc. for a reported $108 million as part of a merger of “5 best in class GovTech SaaS companies” – https://bit.ly/4e8Nmc4
3. In 2020, the headline was “Bonfire Hit $7.8M Revenue with an 81-Person Team” that year.
4. In July 2022, CTY Technology Holdings Inc. “completed its acquisition by GI Partners (“GI”) for $6.30 per share of GTY common stock in cash. As a result of the transaction, GTY is now a privately-held company.” An interesting side note – GI is a leading private investment firm with assets under management totaling $35 billion – https://bit.ly/3XtAF4c
5. In May 2023, it was announced that Bonfire was now a Euna Solutions Brand – https://bit.ly/3Zr3jpk
6. Sept. 2024, Bonfire Interactive has 41 employees on LinkedIn with annual revenue of $10M – $20M in revenue
I asked James the following question, so now I will ask you: What does the above tell you about Bonfire as a potential solution provider? It tells me a lot about the company and its ability to deliver optimal returns in servicing its target market. For example, the public sector continues to struggle with the broader engagement of the SME market.
