Backgrounder: I am choosing 5 or 6 solution providers with whom to work because I am tired of the marketing/PR-filtered industry narrative and the decades-long 80% rate of initiative failure. I currently have 3 of 5 and am assessing four other solution providers to fill the final two spots.
I am dividing the frontend functional solutions from the AI operating system providers – the two categories of solution providers emerging after the 2025 shake-up. The critical elements of my assessment include the solution providers’ approach to demos.
