The vision becomes an exciting reality! Well done, Shaun Syvertsen and the ConvergentIS team.

For those who have been following Procurement Insights from the beginning, this is the evolution from the human-led agent-based Metaprise model to the Agent-based AI operating system.

The key to sustainable success is the ongoing training dynamic between humans and RIO – https://procureinsights.com/2025/02/14/human-with-ai-not-human-versus-ai/

In Psychology Today, John Nosta wrote a great article about neuroplastic and technoplastic interaction and learning.

While finding Nosta’s techno-plasticity perspective intriguing, Brad Bennett believes the real power lies in asymmetry, not parallel evolution. While both humans and AI learn and adapt, they do so differently, creating powerful complementary effects.

The bottom line is simply this: Without ongoing asymmetric co-learning with humans within the framework of a human-led agent-based model, AI will, like the technologies before and after it, become detached and ineffective. Here is the link to the post that underscores this last point: Tell me how Agentic AI would have known to ask, “What time of day do orders come in?”
