See the image below? You have two days between keynotes and breakouts to select the ProcureTech Solution Provider booths you will visit at DPW Amsterdam 2025. Who do you check out, and who do you bypass for perhaps another day?

Using the RAM 2025, I have run a 1-Model of 6, 1-Level of 5 assessment to help out. Over the coming weeks, I will conduct a more in-depth analysis; please keep in mind that rankings will likely change as we progress through all six models and five levels. However, this is a good starting point.

Besides ranking all of the listed logos on the map below based on their Hansen Fit Score, I have created three distinct Groupings:

  • Top 10 Solution Providers Overall by Estimated Hansen Fit Score (HFS)
  • Rising Stars Among DPW Amsterdam 2025 Sponsors (16 Total)
  • 5 Potential Hidden Gems from the DPW Amsterdam 2025

The end result is the following DPW Amsterdam Vendor Booth Visit plan, which you can reference as needed.

Based on the DPW Amsterdam 2025 agenda (October 7-9, with main conference days on October 8-9 at Beurs van Berlage), I’ve assumed following 2 days are the core event days: Wednesday, October 8 (Day 1: focus on opening keynotes, AI sessions, and foundational procuretech) and Thursday, October 9 (Day 2: deeper dives into innovation and closing sessions).

The expo hall (where sponsor booths are located) is open 08:00-20:00 both days, providing ample time for visits. To maximize value, I’ve prioritized 10 high-potential ProcureTech sponsors—focusing on top HFS scorers (8.0+), rising stars, and hidden gems, such as those with strong AI agentic capabilities, orchestration, and risk prediction. This selection emphasizes diversity: 5 per day, grouped thematically (e.g., agent-based AI in the morning, orchestration/risk in the afternoon) to build knowledge progressively.

The plan interleaves booth visits with agenda highlights (e.g., avoiding overlaps with must-attend sessions, such as AI keynotes), utilizing breaks/lunches for networking. For each booth, I’ve suggested targeted strategies to “get the most out of it”: prepare 2-3 specific questions, request demos, collect materials, and note follow-ups. Allow 15-20 minutes per booth to accommodate crowds and transit. Arrive early (08:00) for lighter traffic; use the expo map (available onsite) to route efficiently. Total visits: 10, covering ~10% of sponsors but 100% high-impact based on HFS alignments.

Day 1: Wednesday, October 8 – Theme: AI Foundations and Agentic Innovation

Focus on establishing baselines with agent-based leaders during quieter morning hours, then shift to orchestration post-lunch. Attend the opening keynote (10:00-10:20) on “10X Procurement” by Johnson & Johnson’s CPO for context, and dip into AI sessions (e.g., 13:55-14:15) featuring the GenAI panel. Use lunch (12:00-14:00) for informal chats with exhibitors.
