When he was VP & General Manager of Americas for NetApp, Jon Mellon told me that, to succeed today, you have to “run towards danger, not away from it”.
So, why am I telling you this? There are two reasons:
1. You must recognize, embrace, and not shy away from inevitable change.
2. To embrace it, you need to know the facts beyond a personal feeling of uncertainty and discomfort – which also means getting all the information.
