Clearly, Jon W. Hansen, a tool will not solve issues in interpersonal interactions. However, it may help in several ways, such as providing commonly trusted data and information, breaking silos boundaries in access to data, and as indicated by James Meads, freeing up time to build and develop relations leading to easier and richer collaboration.

Forty years of experiencing the thrills of every “next great technological breakthrough” with promises that this time will be different drum beating, resulting in failed initiatives, tells me that perhaps it’s time for Satya Nadella and Marc Benioff to stop selling products and start solving problems!

I’m sorry for coming across so bluntly, but you reach a certain point where you have to call a duck a duck. 🦆

PS I invite you to access my extensive archives of articles, papers, and case studies and provide your take on the above.

Humans have to learn from humans
Ai will always be an assistant that will learn the good bad ugly from us (incl communication styles ,empathy & ethics)
That being said machines are at the mercy of poor human communication (tech only puts the lipstick on a pig)
