THE TAKEAWAY
Experiencing the ERP era, Gartner’s PostModern ERP Era and Deloitte’s 2019 CPO Survey stating that the “Digital transformation of procurement is a bust.” Maybe instead of rebuilding technology bridges, we should focus on building better human-led agent-based bridges of communication and collaboration (see video below).
